Location is good.

We would stay here again as had a great time and really enjoyed the hotel. The rooms are modern and perfectly clean, with a continental breakfast, garden, for instance provided. Everyone is pleasant and owner too.

This place was a great match for a relaxing holiday in Selby with good value for money. The bathroom was quite small but it worked for me. Bring your own breakfast items as choices are limited.

Maggie and Adam saved the day when they lent me a suit for a wedding, showcasing very nice hospitality. The self-serve breakfast options were also well-stocked and perfect for a solo traveler.

Nothing it was perfect

Staying at this charming farm was wonderful! The kids loved playing with our dog in the spacious outdoor area, and the rooms felt so cute, giving a true homely vibe. The bed was comfy, we all had a great night's sleep.

My kids wished there were more play areas for children.
